I always come back to this hotel because they helped me find local places. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. With a bar, welcome drink, massage, and laundry, it has everything I need. No pets or smoking allowed. Coming back this weekend!

Had perfectly pleasant experience, thoroughly enjoyed the service.

The hotel was in a BRILLIANT location very close to taxi, retails stores and around 40 minutes walk to Center of Tirana. I had coffee at Dorado Coffee-Bar, located within 20 minutes walk. There were comfortable beds and a work desk, a flat-screen television, and a sitting area in the double room.

Units with balcony...

Booked an elegant room with balcony as well as AC. Great and brilliant location to an 11 metres monument. Right by commercial areas, money changer, and Tirana.

Everything was brand-new, POLITE staff, favourable location not far from around 40 minutes walk to Center of Tirana and restaurants, bar, coffee shops, retails stores, money changer, banks, and commercial areas. Reasonably spacious and warm rooms with balcony.

Our location was particularly good in the middle of the city. And we were near around 40 minutes walk to Center of Tirana, taxi, and commercial areas;)))

The receptionist at Arc Hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our key and she patiently guided us over the phone. The hotel itself is new, clean, and offers great value for the price. The breakfast, although limited in options, was tasty. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tirana.

Good stay, as always. Fairly clean, excellant hotel with modern decor; the location is marvellous near the center. The staff - amazingly nice and amicable. Free parking on-site provided.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are affordable, making it a great choice for those on a budget. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient for a short stay.

No major issues, all was fine.

We had a really pleasant stay at this modern and clean hotel. The location was great, with various bakeries and nice restaurants close by. Our room was well appointed with modern furniture, and everything was very clean. We loved the en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, and TV. The breakfast was great, with several options to choose from. The reception area was inviting, and the hotel was tidy throughout.

Although there were many positive aspects to the hotel, the WiFi connection was poor and didn't work consistently.

Free parking is always a plus. The hotel had a reception hall, so when I walked in, I immediately felt important. The complimentary WiFi was a savior for my Instagram addiction.

I had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The location was perfect, with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. I loved sitting on the balcony and observing the local life.

My experience at this hotel was satisfactory. There were a few minor issues like the TV not working and a leaky sink, but these were easily overlooked.

For the price, the value at Arc Hotel was great. The room was spacious and elegant, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, catering to all our needs. The location worked well for us too, despite the messy road leading to the hotel.
